All our products are made in a GMP-compliant and ISO 9001:2015 accredited facility designed for the manufacture of highest quality biologics. Our cleanroom areas are meticulously designed and maintained to avoid any potential for contamination and/or cross-contamination of manufactured materials to ensure product safety and quality.
Each cleanroom area is supported with dedicated air handling units providing controlled and monitored contract manufacturing environments utilizing HEPA-filtered air providing air quality classifications meeting or exceeding industry standards.
Cleanroom areas employ separate entry and exit air locks to maintain sterility and avoid contamination. Cleanroom pressures are targeted to a pressure differential ≥ 0.05” w.c. at rest for areas of different classification and ≥ 0.025” w.c. at rest for areas of the same classification
Cleanroom finishes, equipment, and materials were chosen for mobility and ease of cleaning and product changeover while the facility design promotes unidirectional flow of all personnel and materials.
A Better Product
Higher quality facility equipment and meticulous lab practices yield higher and more consistent concentration of active biologic products. This combined with best-in-class proprietary methods of cryopreservation and/or lyophilization ensure all biologic products leave the facility in the most active form possible.
All cleanroom manufacturing areas are compliant with current ISO 5 and 7 standards.
Stem cell-derived Secretomes are not currently approved by the FDA for use in medical treatments. They are exclusively sold for research purposes in various areas.
